I work in equity sales, managing West Coast accounts from William O’Neil + Company’s San Francisco office. Forming successful client relationships is very satisfying.

We have a truly differentiated advisory offering. Finance is highly competitive, and anything that sets you apart is really important. We are in a unique position given the proven track record of our O’Neil Methodology.

I’m a left-brain Capricorn, and William O’Neil + Company’s structured, proven methodology is appealing because there’s a measurable way to see how well you’re doing.

I majored in economics at Claremont McKenna. I worked briefly as a public accountant, but after a few years I found that I really didn’t like the work. I went back to business school at NYU for my MBA, as I’d always thought the stock market would be an interesting place to work.

After business school, I was working for Merrill Lynch in Chicago, but I found that I really missed California, having grown up in idyllic Orange County. I moved to San Francisco, where I worked at Merrill, UBS, and Susquehanna.

Living in San Francisco quenched my thirst for California life. The city is very cosmopolitan, and people tend to live and work in the same areas, creating a feeling of community.

I have three kids that keep my wife and I quite busy. I’ve coached my son’s basketball team for the last five years, which brings me much joy. Last year we went 14-1 and won the Diocesan championship!

I truly love to play golf, but it’s also a great networking opportunity. Where else can you get four hours of uninterrupted time with a client?

Markets are such dynamic entities, and every day is different from the next. I love the challenge that investing provides.
